Bridal Sneak Peek: Betsy

Y'ALL! I'm literally so ridiculously excited to show you guys this bridal session of my beautiful friend Betsy! We did the shoot at Loren and Betsy's wedding venue, it's called Elmwood Gardens and it's in Palestine, Tx. Guys, none of these pics accurately show the amount of sheer BEAUTY that was oozing from each and every tree, bush, water feature, antique chair, couch, little precious house, wall and window. This venue is an absolute dream. And the staff is just as amazing! Seriously.

I'll save my rant about how much I adore this lovely lady for her actual bridal post after their wedding! But just know that you're going to be blown away with how absolutely gorgeous she is! Especially in her amazing dress! It's FABULOUS. Loren, prepare yourself bud. :)

So no worries, I'm not going to spoil the surprise but I just simply couldn't resist putting some of the flowers and details of the venue up for everyone to see! So enjoy! And don't forget to check back here for her the rest of her bridals after their big day on October 23, 2011! It's getting so close! Literally can't wait!

Isn't she just a peach?

And always, email me right heeerrreee if you're interested in my prices or the dates that I'm available! And remember that Christmas time is coming guys! And so are Christmas cards! I'd love to help you out if you're looking for help putting together the perfect Christmas card to share with your friends and fam this season!

My super cool cousin, KEVIN.

So I mean everybody has cool cousins, right? WRONG. It's just me. Because I've got Kev.

This weekend I took the long trek up to College Station to see him, and some other crazy cool people. It was such a blessing. I forgot how ridiculously fun those aggie people are. They're like literally voming school pride all over the place! That's what makes it so much fun! It makes me feel kind of bad about my amount of school pride (or lack thereof). Go Patriots? Ehh. Anyways, it was super super fun and I loved being able to have some real talk with Kev, we literally haven't seen each other in forever. Loved hearing about his new heart for non profits/ missions. So excited to see what opportunities our gracious God is going to provide for him in the next couple years.

I'm absolutely kicking myself for not taking more pictures this weekend but here's a couple from the game and such!

Photo Project: Yellow

So I'm in this really rad advanced photo class this semester, and I'm loving it. Our first project was over a specific color and the emotions/feelings tied to that color. Mine was yellow, which is beyond perfect because it just so happens to be my favorite. Love. And of course the feeling behind this fantastic color is JOY! So we really tried to capture these people/objects oozing out joy... and the color yellow. Ha! I really loved some of the images I ended up with, and really hated some others, but here's a few that I'm really excited about!

I still have a couple weekends in October open for portrait sessions! Email me here if you're in need of someone to capture you or your fam and let's talk dates and pricing! Love you guys!

Newborn: Addie Grace

Ok, I know the whole world is going to think that I'm absolutely obsessed with this baby, because I shot her while she was in her mom's prego tummy, then again the day she was born, and NOW to celebrate her first solid 2 weeks of life! But you don't have to assume that anymore! I'll just tell you. I'M OBSESSED WITH THIS BABY. She's so happy. And squirmy, and curious, and just all around precious. I couldn't get enough of her! But I felt a little less weird when I started noticing just how obsessed Mer and Jacob were too, and they live with her! :) Here's some of the images we ended up with after Addie's newborn session. Check em out!

Addie's dimples match her daddy's!

She was so yawny that day!

Email me here for prices and such! You people are great, thanks for supporting me and what I love to do!
